The concept of the building was to create an urban anchor in an area of Bangkok that was essentially out of the center of the city.  This area is now undergoing a transformation with both cultural and business development.

The unique quality of the project for us was to take a partially completed building that had been occupied only on the lower floors and to, and to transform it into a major symbol for the area.

The building is of standard office construction, with a concrete structure.  Since there are two towers instead of one large one with a larger floor plate, the tenants are offered more perimeter area and greater views over the city.

The building is designed to international standards and it is comparable to similar rental office space in other cities.

The personality of the building is of perseverance.  It has been transformed after years of neglect when left in its unfinished state for over 10 years.

Twin towers have an identity of their own and these two buildings on a rather large site give the impression of a large self-contained neighborhood.

We hope that the completed building will being life into the area and help develop the area’s character adding technology and commerce to compliment the existing cultural facilities.
