THE ROOM CHAROENKRUNG 30
The Room Charoenkrung 30 Condominium Building is an important project for the Charoenkrung area since the area has not had much redevelopment since the 1960-1970. The building will set a standard for the area’s development.
The building site is in close proximity to the Chaopraya River, and this factor was considered a key element in the design approach. Approximately one half of the Condominium units have a view of river and most have balconies that allow the view to be appreciated from them.
The North and East sides of the building offers views across the city and have been designed to have a more urban outlook than those with a river view.
Common facilities offer a garden environment with pool on the eighteen floor. This floor will provide a convenient and relaxing area for the Owners with views in all directions.
The architecture is designed to convey a simple but elegant design. The building volume and materials have been developed so they will remain an example of refined architecture over a period of time. Materials and finishes are specified to be of high quality, low maintenance and longevity. The building form is identified by the smaller volumes and building masses that relate to the architectural scale of the individual units.
