Siam Center III is a mixed use building located at the corner of Rama I and Phayathai Roads. The corner site allows the building to be visible from most directions, and it is the latest stage of the Siam Center complex.  The existing Siam Center and Siam Center III are linked together to form a complex.  An open plaza at ground level serves as both visual and circulation element.   The plaza is designed as public space and is used for various social and commercial functions.

The concept of the building complex was to develop a strong building shape that clearly became a symbol for the entire building complexes on the site.  The office tower, being the most visible, was designed to be identify the project from all approaches.  The base of the tower is the Siam Discovery Center which has been designed as an open court shopping complex, having multiple uses such as shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and related social and commercial spaces.
