This  hotel  complex  was built in two stages on the site  of  an existing hotel of the same name. 
 
Since the site is in the center of the town across the beach road  the  building had to create its own environment will allowing the rooms to have maximum ocean view.  
 
The  buildings  are a series of geometric shapes which  create  a distinctive  outline when seen from afar. The geometric motive is also developed in the plan and the balconies of each room further define  the  building  with the strong shadows created  by  their angles.
