GARDEN CLIFF CONDOMINIUM 2
The program for this building was for a moderate size, high quality condominium.
The project is located on a hilly site in North Pattaya. The complex has views in all four directions with the primary view over the sea.
A great emphasis was placed on providing efficient and well ventilated residential units. All major rooms are cross ventilated allowing the use of air conditioning as an option. The units are clearly defined into sleeping and living areas with a separate guest room accessible from the living area.
The complex is approached from the rear and highest part of the site. There is a pool at mid level and below the pool closest to the private beach are two story bungalow units. There units are virtually unseen from the approach thus offering maximum privacy.
The building is a single material simple mass allowing balcony shade and shadows to scupt the mass. The roof is a series of shapes which enclose the water supply and other mechanical requirements.
