SRIJULSUP TOWER

SRIJULSUP TOWER is a 21 story office building located at the corner of Rama I and Rama VI Roads. The unique site allows the building to be visible from most directions, especially from the extension of the expressway.

The building has divisible floors and a central service core.  It offers a roof restaurant, heliport and a large multi-purpose room to provide attractive amenities to the occupants.  Parking is provided for 280 cars.  The main lobby faces Rama I Road and is two stories high. Apart from the normal elevators, the building is equipped with a private elevator, and a service lift.

The concept of the building form was to develop a strong structural building shape that clearly identified the building in silhouette.  The parking requirement is integrated into the buildings main form.  The base, the parking, and the main vertical office floors are clad in local granite the central portion representing the core, and the edges of the office floors are clad in fluorocarbon painted aluminum panels.  The corners of the building masses are glass. The building set backs mirror the setback regulations, and an aluminum clad roof crowns the building.

The corner plaza and lobby will house commissioned art works, both painting an sculpture.  This office project will be the first in the area below the National Stadium and is intended as a magnet for the orderly development of this section of Bangkok.

Location: Pathumwan, Bangkok, Thailand
